“an eclectic little gift shop with vintage personality”
Six years ago this month I opened the Cherry Hat without a plan but with a dream…that dream became a reality beyond my imaginings. But now it is time to tuck the dream away and move on to other adventures. The shop will close June 16th. I will continue with my art work and my very fulfilling peace education handwork for Montessori classrooms. I plan to sell at area craft shows occasionally, as well. I will keep my Cherry Hat Facebook page and email…thecherryhat@yahoo.com. Check out Facebook for updates.
I want to thank all my customers for their friendship, support and inspiration. I have enjoyed getting to know each one of you and will keep a special place in my heart for you.
Thank you!!!

love love love Rita’s one of kind vintage home. It’s like going next door to a friend’s house, no sales pressure, just a great warm smile and a hello. (wish it was a comfy cozy coffee shop too) There is always something new to see (&buy) no matter how often I stop in.

I am so excited that Rita has chosen to have my retro greeting cards and magnets for sale in The Cherry Hat. Fully imported from Australia too! Thank you.
